Expressive series

The Gaggenau Expressive series, “Two frames, one circle, a piece of art”. The outer frame borders the kitchen cabinetry, while the inner frame cradles the passepartout: Gaggenau Stainless Steel behind smoked glass, strength with elegance, in 30 or 24 inch widths. The floating stainless steel ring proceeds to transform control of 19 heating methods into extraordinary encounters.

Ovens 400 series

Choose between either 30 or 24 inch wide, stainless steel-backed full glass doors. The distinctive solid stainless steel rotary knobs provide intuitive control of up to 17 heating methods. Touch the screen and the handleless door that sits proud of the surface, calmly opens as much as 180° wide. Discontinued December 2025

Ovens 200 series

Sitting flush to the surface, the 24 inch wide 200 series ovens are a quieter Gaggenau statement, but no less a promise of culinary potential. Control up to 13 heating methods using the solid stainless steel controls. Discontinued December 2025

Gaggenau EB333 oven

The 36 inch EB 333

This is a culinary icon, and has been for over 30 years. The entire front, all 36 inch of it, is the door, coming in at 44 lbs thanks to five layers of glass keeping the outside cool while the inside is a raging 550 ºF. Hand crafted from a single sheet of 3 mm thick stainless steel, the door is cleverly cantilevered to gently close and easily open while the glass is carefully formulated to insulate without distorting colors, allowing you to see exactly how the three chickens on the rotisserie spit are progressing.

The EB 333 is the professional chef’s final aspiration, the level of craftsmanship required to make it is such that daily production rarely exceeds single figures, something you will appreciate as you enjoy it decade after decade.

Afterwards, the pleasant smelling pyrolytic self-cleaning returns your oven to like new condition.

The discretely integrated powerful and unique full surface broiler with humidity produces consistent results for a variety of dishes, while steam modes enhance texture and flavor, expanding culinary possibilities, all via a fixed water connection or water tank.
