Welcome to the Gaggenau Black Jacket Society

Since 1683, Gaggenau has been forging not just iron and metal, but a foundational philosophy called the Professional Kitchen Principle, dictating that cooking equipment, much like ingredients, must be of the highest quality and contribute to the finished dish.

The Gaggenau Black Jacket Society is a special recognition program to celebrate a select group of chefs who reflect this defining principle of Gaggenau. These chefs strive for perfection within the world of fine dining and deliver inspired dishes - with a particular grace and elegance commensurate with the Gaggenau brand.

Recognized chefs receive specially made black Professional Chef jackets and are invited to participate in a variety of distinctive Gaggenau programs around the country, provide insight into product development, and share their culinary insights within the world of fine dining.
