The evening opened with an introduction to the Club 1683 program and highlighted Gaggenau’s ongoing partnership with Warners’ Stellian. Bill Warner, President of Warners’ Stellian, also shared a few words before Matthew, the host and owner of the home, guided guests on a short tour of the property. The tour concluded in the kitchen, where Gaggenau appliances were showcased and the culinary team introduced: award-winning chef and culinary artist Bobby Cortez and BSH corporate chef Amy Alcorn.

Guests were ushered into the dining room, where they were welcomed with a piano recital, setting an elegant tone for the evening. The five-course dinner prepared by Chefs Cortez and Alcorn highlighted seasonal artistry with dishes such as cauliflower onion velouté, roasted beet panna cotta, black cod with Riesling beurre blanc, aged grass-fed short rib with huckleberry jus, candy cap mushroom cream, and a chestnut-inspired dessert. Each course was expertly paired with wines selected by renowned sommelier Nico Giraud of The Tasting Room , enriching the flavors and enhancing the culinary journey.

The atmosphere combined refinement and inspiration, offering trade partners an opportunity to connect more deeply with the brand while enjoying a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
