
In partnership with Gaggenau, Modern Luxury Interiors hosted their Editor’s Dinner in an intimate evening to remember. The hand-selected gathering of designers celebrated their latest issue in the newly-opened Gaggenau DC showroom with an evening of culinary excellence and design innovation.

The chef-led culinary experience was provided by Chef Stella Giraldella of the Gaggenau Miami Experience and Design Center, and featured four courses cooked to perfection on the showroom’s Gaggenau appliances in a live demonstration for guests. Of particular note was the poached sea bass served on a bed of herbed couscous, topped with asparagus beautifully steamed in the combi-steam oven. For dessert, guests were treated to a delightful swirl of chocolate cake baked in the combi-microwave oven and adorned with berries and orange zest cream.
