Located in the historic neighborhood of Chicago’s West Loop, the kick-off event for the Gaggenau Black Jacket Society was held at Chef Noah Sandoval’s two MICHELIN starred restaurant, Oriole.

Oriole’s contemporary-industrial interior was the backdrop for the inaugural Black Jacket Society event. The recognition honors chefs whose restaurants have attained MICHELIN® Guide status and also strive for perfection, deliver classically-inspired dishes, and do so with a particular grace and elegance commensurate with the Gaggenau brand.

Chef Sandoval delighted guests ahead of the MICHELIN Star reveal event with seasonally-inspired delicacies and champagne. The evening began with Heather Ryan, Gaggenau Sales and Marketing Director, and Skyler Stevenson, Gaggenau Senior Marketing and Product Manager, presenting each chef with a custom-made black Bragard chef jacket.
