The Art of Reduction

Alongside the elite of the design world at 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen between 12-14 April, you will be able to experience Gaggenau’s ’The Art of Reduction’. A celebration of Gaggenau’s design ethos in its purest form.

Design for Designers

The Art of Reduction will showcase Gaggenau’s philosophy as exemplified by the minimalistic Essential Induction. Liberating the kitchen and entertaining space, this appliance takes ‘less is more’ to its ultimate conclusion. Visitors will be able to feast their eyes as chef Jakob Mielcke’s restaurant team creates delicious delicacies upon the Essential Induction and a selection of Gaggenau 400 series appliances.

Both Jakob and Essential Induction designer Piotr Szpryngwold will be interviewed live on Thursday 13th June by Architonic’s Editor-in-chief Simon Keane-Cowell. They will discuss the topic of reduction and the significance it has in their work.
