• • • I am aware that COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact. Although BSH Home Appliances Trading LLC (“BSH”) and CeLaVi have put in place measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 during the Gaggenau Dinner (“Event”) in line with the safety protocols for social events announced by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHaP) and National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) to contain the spread of COVID-19, there are increased risks of contracting COVID-19 while meeting with others or attending any event in person. People with chronic diseases and the elderly are therefore advised not to attend such events. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others. I further understand that it is impossible for BSH to prevent all risk of infection, and I acknowledge and agree that BSH cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with COVID-19 during the Event. I hereby release and discharge BSH, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives, from any claims, including all liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of my exposure to COVID-19 at the Event. In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the Event, I hereby agree to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by BSH in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all guests.
