The professional kitchen principle is the foundation of Gaggenau product design. Professional equipment, much like ingredients, must be of the highest quality and add something to the final dish. We use the same approach for the home kitchen, but with added consideration for style and form. Given this capability, coupled with the passion, the home cook can produce professional results, time and again.
