Steam mode (Fan + 100% Humidity)

With so many things you can produce in a Combi-steam oven, here are four useful tips to become a master of steam baking.

Learn to cook without saucepans, steam grains, vegetables, seafood or chicken, boil or poach eggs and prepare oatmeal.

Bake or roast with an additional 4 levels of humidity (Convection + 80%, 60%, 30%, 0%)

Use high humidity for very lean foods and moderate to low humidity for baking and general roasting. Cook without humidity for additional browning or crisping.

Specialty modes low temperature cooking and sous vide

Achieve superb results using professional chef techniques with precise temperature control.

Reheat food with ease

Refresh mode utilizes gentle steam and heat to reinvigorate your foods’ flavor and consistency, as if it was freshly cooked. Increase the temperature to 360° to refresh baked goods such as pizza.
