The Preferred Home Kitchen Appliance Brand of the MICHELIN® Guide

Since 1683, Gaggenau has been forging not just iron and metal, but a foundational philosophy called the Professional Kitchen Principle, dictating that cooking equipment, much like ingredients, must be of the highest quality and contribute to the finished dish.

A perfect symbiosis of heritage, achievements and standards, Gaggenau was named the “Preferred Home Kitchen Appliance Brand” of the MICHELIN Guide, reinforcing our core culinary foundation and a commitment to build appliances based on the Professional Kitchen Principle.

As the “Preferred Home Kitchen Appliance Brand,” Gaggenau’s Black Jacket Society events are held in conjunction with the MICHELIN Star Reveals across the country. These prestigious events award restaurants who offer outstanding cooking MICHELIN Stars, and bring together the best of the industry for a night of celebration.

Since partnering together in 2021, Gaggenau and the MICHELIN Guide continue to build on their commitment to celebrate talented chefs, artisans, producers, and makers who strive to create excellence in their field.
