Gaggenau, the luxury brand for professional grade home appliances, introduces its latest generation of cooling appliance, setting a new standard in both aesthetic design and performance. Made with advanced technology, the new fridge-freezer combines sophistication and functionality, enhancing living spaces with its integrated furniture-like appearance.

The fridge-freezer cooling system with five climate zones is designed to keep food fresh for longer. It comes with fully extendable drawers that control humidity and close softly, protecting delicate ingredients. The chilled drawer spans the full width of the fridge. To ensure your ingredients stay in the best condition, the system has different cooling settings that adjust humidity and temperature for different foods. With the Home Connect system, the refrigerator can be controlled from your phone or tablet. Inside cameras make it possible to check what food is in the fridge remotely or while shopping.

Mikkel Brandt Bugge, Gaggenau Industrial Designer, says: “At Gaggenau, it's inherent that all our design features seamlessly integrate aesthetics with function, reflecting our deep-rooted heritage. Each design element, including the new generation of cooling, is meticulously crafted, incorporating carefully selected materials, colours, and finishes to achieve a harmonious balance between striking beauty and practical functionality.”

Sven Baacke, Gaggenau's Head of Design, adds: "This integration goes beyond mere blending; it's about minimising the visibility of machinery and techniques, while still delivering top-notch performance. It's about making the fridge not just an appliance, but a piece of furniture.”

The launch of the new cooling appliance will start from the summer of 2024.
