What is the Home Connect Family?

Your favorite home appliance brands, like Gaggenau, Siemens, Neff and Bosch, are part of the Home Connect Family. If you have an account with any of these brands, they are automatically synced with each other. If you have the Home Connect app, your app data is also be shared with your accounts. Via the app, you can conveniently pair and manage your connected appliances on your smartphone.

What does profile synchronisation mean?

Profile synchronisation means if you update your account profile of one brand in the Home Connect Family, your existing account profiles of other brands in the Home Connect Family update automatically. This way, you just update your account profile once.

Which information is synced?

Your profile information, such as your name and address, are synced across all your accounts in the Home Connect Family.

How do I benefit from a synced account?

Enjoy faster service when you call customer service since agents have direct access to your account and product information. You can also easily create user accounts with other Home Connect Family brands. With your permission, your personal profile info is shared with the respective brand.

What happens when I update my information?

If you change your profile information in an account of a brand in the Home Connect Family, the information is automatically synced with your other accounts of brands in the Home Connect Family. This keeps your personal profile up-to-date across all accounts.

Why doesn't my personal profile update automatically in the Home Connect app?

Currently, if you update your information in your account with the Home Connect app, this will be shared to your accounts with home appliance brands that are part of the Home Connect Family. We are still working on the functionality to also send the updates you make from your home appliance brand accounts to your account in the Home Connect app.

What is SingleKey ID?

SingleKey ID is a single sign-on digital identity platform. It allows you to log in to your Gaggenau account as well as to different partner websites, shops, apps and services, with one set of login credentials.

Why do I need to use SingleKey ID?

Gaggenau Home Appliances is a SingleKey ID partner. This means you can log in to the online offers of SingleKey ID partners with one single login. You no longer need different passwords and usernames.

What is the difference between SingleKey ID and MyGaggenau?

Your SingleKey ID is a single sign-on (email address and password) to access your accounts with participating partners, such as Gaggenau Home Appliances. It gives you quick, more secure access to these accounts.

MyGaggenau is your user account with Gaggenau Home Appliances. It consists of your personal profile as well as information related to your registered products. You log in with your SingleKey ID to access MyGaggenau.

Does SingleKey ID sync accounts with its partner brands?

No, SingleKey ID is just a single sign-on provider. The profile information you share with Gaggenau Home Appliances is synced with the home appliance brands that are part of the Home Connect Family.

How do I update a synced account?

Simply log in to an account of a brand in the Home Connect Family and agree to the update.

What if I don‘t accept the new Terms of Use?

You must accept the new Terms of Use to use your account. If you fail to do so, you cannot access your account.

Are other brands in the Home Connect Family going to contact me?

Your profile information will not be used for marketing purposes without your permission. You can agree to be contacted by each brand in the Home Connect Family by managing your communication preferences under your profile.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account in the MyProfile section.
