Raymond Blanc’s enchanting Chelsea Flower Show hideaway

The secret garden inspired restaurant boasts an impressive size of over 1000 metres with thought out details that have been curated to stimulate all senses. Live music by the three-piece folk band ‘Wandering Hands’ can be heard throughout the day over the sound of cocktail shakers at the bar. Stunning art and sculpture curated from British artists can be found throughout Jardin Blanc, which guests are encouraged to explore through touch. The smell from over 3000 variations of plants creates a romantic symphony of fragrance while the wood-fired oven adds an element of masculinity.

To provoke the all-important taste sense, Raymond Blanc has created menus which use local and seasonal produce from artisanal suppliers, ensuring that vegetarian and vegan diners are also well catered for. To complement the food, diners at Jardin Blanc will find a drink menu which pairs with the food perfectly, including cocktails influenced by Chelsea Flower Show and the season of Spring. Botanical gin infusions will be distilled on site by using a one of a kind portable copper still, which produces a warm and smooth gin, best enjoyed while taking in the surroundings of the world renowned flower show.

The 2019 edition of Jardin Blanc was launched in December last year at Gaggenau London, with dishes from Jardin Blanc’s menu being cooked on our appliances and showcased alongside cocktails that take inspiration from Springtime.
