The 90cm EB 333

An aspiration of the private chef, and the professional chef at home, the EB oven has been the Gaggenau emblem for over 30 years.

This oven is a 90 cm testament to the Gaggenau difference, its heritage and traditional avant-garde. Wildly individual and distinctive, it is the heart of the kitchen. This is a predominantly hand-built oven, in a world of the machine-made appliances. The touch of highly skilled artisans upon high quality materials imbues this oven with something akin to soul. Add to this an imposing design and unfailing performance, and you have all the elements of a classic.

When roasting meat, poultry or fish, choose the rotisserie accessory to ensure even browning or the core temperature probe accessory to remove any uncertainty that the meat is cooked through.

A single sheet of 3 mm stainless steel forms the door panel. The 20 kg door opens and soft-closes with deceptive ease.

The making of a true original

In 1986 the original EB 374 was a revelation to Europe. A personal project of Georg von Blanquet, owner of Gaggenau and passionate private chef, this enigmatic, brilliant and cavernous oven was inspired by the substantial American range cookers. Expanded to a revolutionary 90 cm width, the oven was a design statement that transformed the kitchen and became an almost instant icon and favourite of private chefs. Such was its avant-garde design that little was changed over the next three decades.
