Vario in-counter steamer 200 series

The steamer allows healthy cooking – without the loss of vitamins – in a small space. Its applications range from steam-cooking and blanching to juicing and regeneration – be it with water, stock or white wine. The water temperature can be precisely controlled from 113°F to 203°F. Two cooking inserts can be used to simultaneously steam different foods while ensuring that the taste of one is not transferred to the other.
